SVPSS as an organization is developing an annual training schedule where phase wise training programmes on sustainable farming, advance skill, entrepreneurship development, Cottage industries,  Rain Water Harvesting, plantation, mushroom cultivation, Horticulture, Medicinal farming, Waste land development and Water and Land resource development. Research Support: Our Scientists and researchers are constantly carrying out technical research in our laboratory and anthropological researches are being carried out in the areas of our geographical presence. The Skill Development Initiatives (SDI) are basically aimed at persons in rural areas looking for wage employment or livelihood opportunities both through group or individual activities. SDI also envisages developing, upgrading or diversifying the existing skills of the trainees. Skill Development Initiative (SDI) project is sponsored by NABARD. The main theme of this project is giving Tailoring & Fashion Designing training to rural women.
