Since the inception of the organization it has taken up many significant projects relating to Rural Water Supply & Sanitation, Environment Education, Forest development, protection of common lands, sustainable agriculture, organic farming, vocational skill trainings to women & youth, The main goal of this program is to improve the health status of the rural people through promotion of safe drinking water, hygiene and sanitation facilities, recycling of wastes, nutritious diet, immunization, mother and child health care, family welfare and health education. The use of traditional health practices and formulation with home grown herbs is also being popularized. As implementing agency for community based monitoring (CBM) under NRHM started on pilot basis in the areas. The project covers huge numbers of villages (Primary Health Centre). It involves capacity building of community people. Integrate the health concerns into strategies, policies and programmes for poverty eradication and sustainable development, reduce respiratory diseases and other health impacts resulting from air pollution, with particular attention to women and children, by Strengthening regional and national programmes including through public-private partnerships; Strengthening and supporting efforts for the reduction of emissions through the use of cleaner fuels and modern pollution control techniques; and assisting developing countries in providing affordable energy to rural communities for the use of which affect the health of women and children
